My workshops and courses make NVR accessible, relational, and actionable—equipping you with tools that reduce escalation, build parental presence, and create lasting change for children with challenging behaviours.

Relational Teaching supports schools to create calm, connected, and resilient learning environments. Through tailored consultancy, training, and practical frameworks, I help educators respond to learners in ways that strengthen relationships, reduce escalation, and build a culture where students feel seen, supported, and ready to learn.

Relational Care provides residential care teams with the tools, mindset, and relational strategies to support young people with complex needs. Grounded in trauma-aware, connection-focused practice, I help teams reduce power struggles, build trust, and create safer, more stabilising environments where both staff and young people can thrive.
